Project Scope

CR Meyer was the Construction Manager for this Design/Build locker room and entrance project, requiring our Engineering and Architectural services. It included HVAC electrical, plumbing, structural, layout, interior finishes, and demolition.

The project scope included: demolition of the existing area; construction of the partition wall and ceiling; state of the art video conference room; furnishing and installation of all bathroom accessories, signage, fire extinguishers, fiberglass column wraps, and mezzanine partition wall; supply and installation of the carrier chiller, carrier air handler, 15,000 CFM exhaust fan with variable air volume; and epoxy floor coatings throughout the space.

The final result is nothing short of remarkable and field rework was minimal. A special thanks to the managers, engineers and designers, whose attention to safety, cleanliness, quality of work, and perception to detail, was beyond reproach.
